omg... im scared now 😖😖 I have an appointment next week I'll be 28 weeks then but I don't know what to expect and I really don't want to do the glucose test

The 1 hour is not so bad, but the 3 hour really sucks. Hopefully you pass the first time around @mrs_velez

positive note, you should get more ultrasounds I did with my son, I have 32 ultrasound pictures of him. just trying to brighten your day, when I failed my 3 hr test I was hospitalized for 48 hrs

eggs, steak, chicken, stay away from a lot of breads/crackers/sugars, also the reason I had the most trouble was because carbs break down to sugar so fast I couldn't get ahead but they will probably give you a glucose blood sugar kit and have you come in for appointments regularly to help keep up with it, I was put on medication because I failed soooo bad @haudenho oh and thank you :)

Oh and I got diagnosed with GD at 16 weeks pregnant so I had a journey @haudenho

Thanks that's atleast a start of what I can eat lol and once I get my results I'll let you kno what my #'s are (:
