Yup u could have an infection and u need to go to the ER because now u have a fever and u need to be on antibiotics so head to the ER

It sounds like you have mastis, which is caused by a clogged milk duct. You need antibiotics to clear It up.

@anthonysmommie072816, I don't have a ride.. My fiancé is at work right now.. What happens if I've waited too long? My fever right now is at 100 but last night I was at 103.. @jjbaby0902 how soon do I need those antibiotics? I have my postpartum appointment next week. Am I still allowed to breastfeed?

U need to find away to get to the hospital because it could get to the point to where they would have to cut ur breast to get the infection and unclog the duct u have a fever so u need to get to the ER ASAP cuz it will get worst and u should stop breastfeeding

Yes keep breast feeding it'll help clear the clogged duct. I would try to get an appt ASAP, it could turn series if left untreated. I had it once and clearing the clogged duct seemed to help my symptoms, but if sounds like you should probably get on the antibiotics with a fever of 103

that is what I got with my twins. I got a fever and sweats. make sure you pump, nurse and apply heat. and get to the dr asap. i lost ny milk supply from mastitis and I wouldnt wish thag on anybody!! it is so painful
