Well I started drinking mine at 37 weeks and I had my baby at 38w4d idk if it helped I didn't drink it diligently tho lol I disliked the taste so bad I only did once every day or so
Its suppose to help with labor pain not make u go into labor. I've been taking the pills instead since I got pregnant with my first and I didnt feel my contractions until I was 8cm dilated, had her natural no pain meds. Now this pregnancy I've been taking it since my first trimester so hopefully I have another good labor. Wishing u luck with your labor. Hopefully it helps
