So i have an ex friend that is now 19 weeks pregnant. she already has one son that when he was only 2 months old she just up and left for well over a week and made me babysit her child for her while she tricked a guy into taking her to see her real baby daddy. Her first son is still in her parents custody because she cant fully take care of herself let alone another life. Now she's blowing off her first son for her son she is pregnant with now. I dont even know what to do anymore.

If she's an ex friend then there's not much you can or should do. Unfortunately, we can't force people to be who we think they should be. Just don't allow her to use/abuse you.

I know shes an ex friend but she used to be a good friend and i really got to know and care about her first child. I loved him like he was my own and i just have way too big of a heart for children. I just dont want to see another childs life ruined because of her.

There's nothing you can do. As frustrating as it is to let that sink in, you have no choice. No one wants to see a child in a bad situation. Until that child is actually in a bad situation, you're at a loss for options.
