My mom just gave my son Teddy Grahams honey flavored. Is that okay? Or should I be really worried? 6 months
@katrina12143, since it happened that long ago I personally think you're in the clear for an allergic reaction, nothing to worry about
about 10 this morning. he's acting fine. I didn't realize she had the honey kind. I thought she had the cinnamon kind which he loves!
Well real honey can give your baby food poisoning if fed under 12 months old. I don't know if there's even real honey in these cookies or how high the dose in them is
@katrina12143, Oh if you are doing BLW then I would says it's fine as long as there isn't a sign of a reaction to the honey. How long ago did this occur?
we are doing baby LED weaning. so he's use to hard foods. and he done fine eating them I'm just worried about the honey part
I would just stay close to the baby when they eat anything that may be too hard to eat or difficult for them. Just to make sure 👌
processed honey should be ok...talk to his pediatrician about it...when my daughter was under 1 I talked to her pediatrician about cheerios, he said the honey cheerios she could have because it wasn't really honey.
