Went to l&d last night with contractions but they weren't strong enough to change my cervix but the good news is I'm 1 1.5 cm dilated and 70% effaced so EPO is doing something, but as of right now its up to my fiancé and EPO to finish thinning me out.
I need some laboe inducing tips... I'm using EPO(evening primrose oil) but I'm so ready for my water to break.... is dancing effective?

Okay so I kind of have a TMI question. My doc suggested starting to insert evening primrose oil capsules to help things along... Was wondering if anyone had this and had a change in discharge? I got up to go pee this morning and saw this (pic in comments). My question is.. Is this normal to expect from the pills or is this part of my plug? It's almost got a greenish/yellow tint and is super thick and stringy. I've been slowly losing bits and pieces of what I thought was my plug here and there (before taking epo) and was wondering if the capsules were causing me to lose more plug and faster??
