I don't know if it's the same for civi jobs but for me being military they gave me two options to come back to work and to leave and if I gave them the decision that I'm leaving before going on maternity I don't have to pay it back but it I said I was coming back then changed my mind on mat leave then I would have to pay them back... Your best off looking at your contract and speaking to your boss or person who deals with all the admin about it all as they will have more of an idea @chelsea_aichaa @dannielle1996 @lexifindlay @suzie80
