Sciatica is so bad this week I'm finding it difficult to walk. Nothing like spending my morning…

I went through that between 20-25 weeks and was utterly miserable, couldn't walk, sleep, do anything. I was out of work for 2 weeks but thank God it passed and I went back.

@babyjjsmommy, I don't know what to do anymore! No amount of stretching is helping and I have to work. I'm seriously crying like every hour because god forbid I make a sudden movement or breathe wrong I'm in horrific pain!

That's exactly how I was, I'm sorry you're going through it! The only thing that seemed to help a little was using a heating pad. Although you aren't supposed to continuously lay on one for more than 5 min at a time so it's kind of a lot if work for a little relief. My doctor ended up prescribing me flexiril and I was terrified to take it so I broke them in half and took half of one each day for about 3 or 4 days and it helped dramatically. Some people told me going to the chiropractor would help, but I was terrified of that idea, thinking about them popping and twisting me all around with a baby inside me, no thanks! Lol

@babyjjsmommy, yeah I went to the chiro this past weekend and it helped with my neck pain but not so much with my back. This is so miserable. I'm so over being pregnant. I hope the next month and a half flies by cause my body can't take much more!

@desi720, my workplace is just going to have to deal with me crying in pain throughout the day and wearing tennis shoes to work lol. I don't even care anymore, I'm over it. As long as I get my paychecks up until this baby is born I'll be good to go! A hot mess, but getting paid at least 😂
