- I think I have Separation Anxiety W. My Son, it bothers me so much when my SO wants to take our son somewhere.... like I can't do it; I have to be w. him it's so hard to let him go even if it's for an hour .... I feel the urge to know where his at what his doing everything.... I think probably cause I'm so use to being w. my son 24/7 since I had him... it hurts me to be away from my son, my SO hates it so much, I've try to just let him take our son but man I break down in tears when he tries to take him . I get a big panic attack from just hearing my SO say his taking him ... a million different things run thru my mind.. I really don't know how to stop it or what to do!!!😭😭 I don't know how to explain to my SO why it's so difficult for me to just let him go...
