I am around 7 months pregnant and my pelvic bone hurts really bad... plz help :(?
It hurts the worse when I am laying in bed and try to get up or roll over, and when I take wide steps when I walk and if I am sitting down then I stand up, that hurts too, it feels like a bunch of pressure is there and is horribly sore and idk what to do or why this is hurting so bad... Does anyone else have this problem or does anyone know why I feel like this? Please help... 😞😫

same here it's because she's head down I think lol I'm mostly uncomfortable when I lay down so I just put pillows under my tummy to help@mommyoftwo126

Could be cuz baby is head down. Maybe get a pregnancy belt to help hold up some of the weight??

I know mine was at 30 weeks, not sure if she was or not at 28 though. I haven't tried it yet, but I described the same pain to my midwife today and that's what she suggested. I've heard good things about them.
