Have any of you ladies made the switch from giving formula to exclusive breastfeeding/pumping? My daughter will be 4 weeks tomorrow, but they have been some tough/rough/frustrating weeks! 😞 She cries on and off from 2am-10am sometimes longer!! I told her pediatrician about it and she said it was "normal" that she was gaining good amount of weight and she poops normal so she didn't want me to switch formula! She doesn't spit up and when she does its a small amount. And I've been thinking maybe I should try to breastfeed or at least pump..maybe that's the best thing for my baby! I squeeze my boobs to see if anything comes out and I do see some milk, I just dont know if I have enough or how to produce more milk! Im so tired/frustrated I don't know what to do! 😰
@kbrown91, oh ok! I started using similac sensitive I don't know if it has helped or just the long bath I gave her last night 🤔 I prayed for her too so I know that had to help! 🙏🏼 thank you 😊 I will see how things continue with her!
you're welcome. if she keeps on try a hypoallergenic formula that's what my son is on @baby22016
@mrssanderson, @kbrown91 I had never heard of silent reflux! She did a lot better last night, thank God! @sparklymama thank you I will be looking into that!
I've heard of women starting to bring back their supply... there are some great ladies on here to ask about breastfeeding if you're really interested but also talking to a lactation consultant may help
Good luck! @baby22016
