what baby supplies did stock up on (on your own) during your pregnancy? I know a lot of people get a big stock of diapers, wipes, etc from your baby shower. but did you stock up on anything before then?

I honestly didn't stock up on a thing. I'm still getting gifts left and right now that the baby is born. I got tons of diapers and wipes and I'm receiving extra bottles pretty soon. All of the big stuff was gifted as well as tons of clothes. The only thing my husband and I paid for was random outfits we just had to have for him.

I did clothes. Whenever I had extra cash I'd go to Once Upon A Child and get a assortment of clothes. Because at baby showers a lot of people buy only newborn or 0-3 in clothes. I ddnt get a whole bunch but jus enough of each size all the way through 12mths so that way your guaranteed clothes. I also hit the clearance racks by the way. 10 for $10 onesies, stuff like that.
