So gunna try an introduce the bottle to my LO so she's use to it when I go back to work next Thursday. I have plenty of milk storaged in the freezer. Can someone help me with the rules to heat and prepare it?

@arivera64, is the milk suppose to be warm or room temperature for it to be okay to serve? And is it so my baby doesn't get confused?

The milk is ok warm or room temp. Either is fine.
And having someone else do the feeding with you out of the room helps the baby not refuse the feeding. Some babies won't take the bottle if they can smell their mom nearby.
