my mother in law tried telling me females that r raised in Mexico are better then the ones here. i was born and raised here btw, i was like "No they can be just as bad as SOME of the females here or worse since most try getting with any fool from this side to get their papers" shut her ass up hella quick. whoops. shoe must have fit! 😂

i should add since then she doesn't like me much yet tries to act all friendly when she needs a translator or help with something.

my mil raised her kids a way I wouldn't raise my own. so I always stayed at a distance. I invite her to all of our events and spend holidays together but I rather my mom take care of my kid bc I know he won't be stuck in a house watching TV and eating junk food all the time.. and pick up on bad language..

Ive learned the trick to MIL world and now im quite happy actually.

my husband has a 5 year old son and were all friends on fb to keep in touch with him since shes a bitch too and we dont get to see him then his mom is always up her fucking ass.

@mommapam, So I actually keep my distance, Only go around during holidays, special occasions, maybe a bbq here and there, they do not see me a lot.When I do go, I always bring something or some food or treat, im very nice, and cordial but I dont try to make friends, you also never ever tell them any of your business, no matter what. Tell anyone else besides your MIL (it will be used against you) Then as far as my husband goes, he does 98% of all communication with them...therefore nothing gets twisted.

@mommapam I washaving in law problems awhile ago...and my aunt whose been married 30 years told me how she deals with it, and it works great....As far as your kids go, thats a rock and a hard place. Let them keep them few and far between if they can't follow your rules on parenting, like every 3 to 4 months. but remember he has to be the one to tell them what the deal is, not u.

@mommapam, giiirl at least you don't have to deal with her trying to file to get grandparents rights just because you don't want their last name on the birth certificate and sending her son child custody papers while he's locked up lol the struggle is real trying to be nice to them.
