Just get long maxi pads put a decent amount of aloe all over them and then rub it in with a spoon. Then squirt some witch hazel on them and do the same then just wrap them back up in the packaging and put them in the freezer. Super easy, takes a little time though. And make sure not to take the pad off the sticky part and leave it in the wrapper so you can wrap it back up. I just undid one wing and then stuck it back on the paper when I was done. @paisleysmommy97
The hospital or at least mine had me using pads that were cold right after I gave birth. I guess they only do it for the first 24 hrs though idk why. But they came in handy when I was home and hurting down there.

And it's safe to use these after delivery, like still in the hospital?
