We are going through a tough time financially right now. We are to the point that we are eating what we can off of cans till the next food pantry in town. My son just ran out of milk and I'm just so stressed. I can't get into the WIC till tomorrow morning. I don't know what to do. It's getting to the point where I think I'm going to go trade my gold rings for money. It's the only thing of value I have. They were gifts from my mother in law. Even though we are going through this tough patch my son never stops smiling and that's my motivation to keep strong. I hope I can get some cash out of these rings at least fora few packages of meat and some milk for baby.

Keep your head up. When I had my daughter a few years ago we was in the same position. Idk how many times I cried an told her I was sorry, but just like you tht smile kept me going. You can do this love. I'll keep you in my prayers ❤

@breezy1993, thank you. I know it's just a patch. Our landlord was holding our bills for 3 months now and she threw them all on us at the same time. It was like $400 in bills plus our rent all at the same time. It ended up being over $1000. We took everything we had out to keep our utilities on.

@mommyandbabies, I always tell him I'm sorry. I feel so bad but moms got to do what she's got to do. My boyfriend already traded in all his electric tools at the pawn shop. He really doesn't want me trading in my jewelry but daddy already sacrificed now it's mommy's turn. It's just temporary if it wasn't for our landlord we would be good.

@guaderrama_babies2, That's right. Sometimes you have to do what needs to be done. We've pawned anything of value, late on bills by months, gave up alot of luxuries, got into programs and made multiple trips to appointments, etc. It honestly made me feel like a bad mom at one point in time but then I realized it happens. It's life. For the sole reason you are willing to give up what you have for your child makes you a good mom. Just know tht 😏
