Wow that's amazing and I'm glad it came with the car seat bc they say not to add to it ya know but I asked the Nicu if arm straps are okay and she said as long as their not bulky and are still tight to the baby to make sure she's okay

@preemiemommy22616, my sister got her outfit and I love it and her pads came with the carseat I got it off our local swap and only costed me 40 buck :)
