Does he cry even when your holding him or just when your not holding him he doesn't stop crying ?

how long has he been inconsolable? like how many days?

He could just be alil spoiled . It doesnt take much specially if they use to being held and you the main one doing the feeding the changing and everything . If he's fed and changed and you know he's not sick or anything he's prolly just Alil spoiled and the only way you can break him out of that is by letting him cry let him get use to you not holding him all the time . Does he have a swing to sit in or a bouncer something that moves to settle him down ?

@jeanetta25, sometimes it's when he's put down. But today even when I was holding him he wasn't happy. And I had to get ready for a job interview @nightdaughter I don't even know now. Always been like this honestly. But the past few days maybe have been the worse

Well maybe you should call his doc and see what she say maybe she can check him out just to make sure that everything is really okay with him !

Or give you some advice . If he's doing it more now regardless if your holding him or not . I know that has to be tough on you .

@jeanetta25, I am the one doing everything. And he doesn't like anything. His bouncer he will cry. His swing will occupy him only for a little then he's screaming. If he's in a good mood then he'll like his activity chair. And he does have a checkup today. But I feel like they're just gonna tell me it's the acid reflux cause he does have that. But I know the difference between that cry and his cry for no reason

If you know he's really fine than he may just be spoiled at this point . And that's hard to deal with if your the main one with him . My bestfriend daughter is 5 months and she wasn't a cryer all the time then all of sudden she just started and never stopped . She has to be held you can't leave the room she doesn't sleep long my friend tries to feed her more thinking that's what it is but it's not . The doctor said she's fine she's just crying just to cry . And my best friend sometimes get so frustrated and just cry herself cause she don't know what else to do . That's really hard !! I hope someone can give you some advice that you haven't had already to help out !!

I was going to say if you were it could be something in your diet that is making him feel uncomfortable. But maybe it's the formula he's on maybe it's not ok with his belly! And I know he's really young but I had almost the same kind of problem with my daughter and her doctor told me to put a tablespoon of cereal in her bottle and it helped a lot with reflux and keeping her full longer! She was 3 wks. It was amazing she didn't cry as much nor did she spit up and it gave me about 2 hrs before she would be screaming!! Best of luck to you Hun!! @ashcos, we just switched him to soy and we're now putting cereal in almost every bottle to help with his spit up. Idk if I have to up the oz or not. But it's not a pain cry like he does sometimes. This is more a tired and wanna be held cry. But then if he's held he'll still just cry.

If he has colic than beyond crying he would gassy and flushed clinching his fingers and passing gas as he cry . Good call @brie15 he may also arch his back a lot and pull his legs to his stomach .

Try a swing or laying him on his belly! Or maybe a bouncer? Idk what to tell you to try :/

Try a baby wrap and carry him around with you or a shower with him. These were my two lifesavers until Stella was about 5 weeks.

@jeanetta25, he does do a lot of that. But they said its acid reflux so he's taking medicine. @ashcos he sleeps on his stomach. He's been doing that since 2 months and bouncer he really doesn't care for. @mamabee he likes the wrap but then, again, he gets bored of it and will cry. And I'm going to try the shower. Especially when his reflux is acting up
