😑 just walked in on my grandmother feeding Isabelle while she was lying down completely. When I asked her not to do that she got super offended?? Ugh.
For anyone who doesn't know, it's better to cradle your baby or at.least have their head upright a little bit because if you feed them while they're laying down, it can get into their ears and cause infection.
I just was looking after my daughter's wellbeing, she's fussy enough without adding an earache to the list, and I got bitched out. WHATEVA WHATEVA

That sucks . my twins never got ear infection I always had hem laying down drinking their bottle I would put a blanket on the side of the ear were the bottom was

Is this for formula and/or breastfed babies? My lo only took the breast laying down and she never has had an ear infection?

@imhermomduh it might be bottle fed babies? I'm not sure. I just know my doctor advised against it. it doesn't necessarily mean they'll get one but it can make it more likely

It's mostly just for formula fed babies because the breast milk is natural and doesn't form the bacteria like formula would. @imhermomduh
