@ceeasquared, understandable and I agree. Nclb is phased out tho, so it prob wouldn't be an err to start a new movement under the name of the dead legislation

It's sad because parents aren't held responsible for their negligence, I don't understand what would make you forget that your baby is in the car. Ain't that much tired in the world. New parent antennas must be broken
