can I have a gender reveal dinner/party w/o it being a baby shower ?? someone told me I was being…

I had both....surprised my family with gender reveal donuts & a few finger foods.....& I had a small personal shower 3 months later at my granny's with family & a few friends 😊

I ordered 2 dozens of donuts I had the top of them decorated with pink and blue..... and the inside was filled with blue to reveal the gender☺

I did both. We did a gender reveal at a restaurant the day we found out and then a baby shower about a month and a half before she was born. Gender reveal we only invited family and close friends though cause we wanted them to know before everyone else.

i had both and my daughter is the first everything on all sides of my family and our first baby so i went all out and the 6th grandchild on my bfs side i had a gender reveal with about 40-50 people and a huge baby shower with like 90 people next time ill have a smaller gender reveal and a all girl baby shower

We did a balloon box that when we opened the balloons flew out @mommy2017

It worked out really well for us. The restaurant we used had us in a private room and we taped the strings on the balloons to the bottom of the box so they wouldn't float away because I wanted them for her baby book. @mommy2017

I did both. Gender reveal around 17 weeks and baby shower at 32 weeks. I didn't ask for or get any gifts for the gender reveal and it was spread out enough for me to save money for the shower.
