Has anybody watched the business of being born? I watched it last night and I kinda scared myself

I haven't watched it, but trust me. I was terrified. I thought there could be nothing more painful in the world than child birth and although it wasn't a walk in the park it certainly wasn't as bad as I had imagined and all the pain was forgotten once I held her in my arms! I thought people were crazy for putting themselves through that multiple times but when I look at her I know I would absolutely do it again.

@katielee5897, did you use any kind of pain medicine when you were having your baby?

@yaquelin.11, it's a good movie, I really enjoyed it & it's the reason I have a doula, didn't know anything about them before that movie

I did! I took the epidural. I had no complications from it!

It's so biased it's borderline ridiculous. Most midwives and doctors are great and want the best for you and your baby. Don't let that "documentary" scare you. Your doctor/midwife work for you and don't forget that. (Yes, it irks me lol)
