After labor periods are worse though. Idk if it's because you aren't used to having a period anymore. But omg. My periods afterwards hurt worse than labor.

I'm 22! But yeah my daughter was 14 months when I found out I was pregnant again and I was breastfeeding so I maybe only had 8 periods and they were the heaviest, most painful ones I've ever had, well maybe except when I first started having them. So now that I think about it it probably is because I wasn't used to them anymore. But if you mean girls that have never been pregnant or anything- I understand. But with being pregnancy so close from the after labor periods- if chose being pregnant over those. Hahaha

I have to agree they are horrible 😭 but when you're breastfeeding it's not nearly as bad. My periods are like 4 days long and half as heavy with no cramps. Weird 🤔

@anap1012, I breastfed and they were terrible!! 3x as heavy and terrible cramping. It even ruined my milk supply each time. So I guess what we can take from this is that everyone is different. Haha

No kidding! Your body was telling you stop nursing have another baby 😂 that's so weird. Pre pregnancy my periods were almost a week long. Today is day 4 and my period has turned to very light spotting ._. But we're yours even regular while breastfeeding? Mine are almost 40 days apart. @imhermomduh

Yeah, before I was pregnant they were never regular and they were light. But while breastfeeding they were regular- just real heavy and painful. Haha my uterus probably didn't like breastfeeding! But I also have an autoimmune disease that affects my uterus and whatnot so maybe that's why.

my period cramps are more painful than my contractions ever were during birth. I went 27 hours in labor with no drugs at all and I could talk and walk through my contractions the whole time. I've passed kidney stones my whole life though, so I'm pretty used to painful things and have a high pain tolerance
