so this is gonna sound crazy but gotta let it out : a good friend of mines daughter was still born three years ago. her name is sophia. my sister is due in September with a girl they are naming sophia. I just have a internal disagreement with that name. I know there's plenty of sophias in the world but shes special and I dont want to know anyone else with her name

If I was having a boy my mom told me not to name him anything related to my little brother who died last year. And I think that shit is selfish.

I'm the same way about my kids names..my Girls have somewhat common names but I tweak the spellings..call it ghetto whatever but my daughter's damn sure won't really meet somebody with the same spelling😁
