water just broke. are contractions going to get worse now ? (in your experience)

yes they should feel stronger because u don't have the water to cushion the contractions..

Once they are really bad you'll know you're almost ready to push. I couldn't breathe or talk through mine when I was at 9 cm

in my experience, I didn't really feel the contractions at all. but I've had kidney stones my whole life, and they're much more painful than my contractions ever were during my labor. obviously everyone is different though, good luck 👍
