How many of you have done nipple stimulations with a breast pump? I thought you only did it with…

it's kind of the same thing. anything that stimulates your nipples will cause cramps and contractions. even breastfeeding

@kyanaandmajorsbff, I asked about nipple stimulation on a Facebook mom group and was getting told how bad of a person I was if I was even thinking or doing this. It didn't really seem right since my doctor told me it was perfectly fine to do. But one of the ladies was assuming I was using a breast pump and I was never told anything about a breast pump to do it lol

you don't have to use a breast pump but that certainly does help more than twisting with your fingers. and how can you be a bad person for that? there's already a negative side and in this case as long as you have the okay from your doctor it's not bad

I did it with my last child. I was 39 weeks 1 day, did it for 30 minutes before bed. Woke up the next morning in labor 😁

@kyanaandmajorsbff, that's what I was confused about lmao I never said I was doing it I was just curious and asking a question lol but I guess I must of asked the worst question you could of ever asked on that mom group lmao

He was born 4-5 hours later :) you can also save any milk you get out and freeze it for when baby is born.

@halsey11, maybe I'll have to give it a try lol I'm trying to do everything natural that's possible so I don't have to get induced.

I was told about that but I don't really know much about it. Is it like the higher the dosage you take the faster your baby comes or what bc some of the dosage these lady's said were like wow!! @halsey11

The pills I have are 1,000mg. I take 1 orally and 2 vaginally. It doesn't induce labor, it just gets your cervix ready for labor so you have a faster labor :) @jaxxmommie22

@halsey11, do you just put the gel cap inside of you as is or do you cut it open first?? I bought some but idk how to use them. Does it completely dissolve?

It dissolves and I don't cut em. I just get them as close to my cervix as possible and wear a panty liner and do it at night. @michellevaldez4750
