I'm 1cm and believe it or not I haven't had sex in a month thanks to my fiance being so scary of the baby coming early. My doc gave me the okay to try to get her out since I'm having a normal pregnancy so sex is officially back on the menu as of tomorrow. I twisted mine a few times last night and a little masturbation and an hour later they were coming along. painful but I just wanted to see if it worked. definitely did.

it definitely does help get it started. I am not a huge fan of it but I'm so ready for her to come and I'm growing impatient with my stomach. @chassielove
