@wiccanmommy, idk maybe?? lol

@myjourney2016 he has LOTS of attention. I haven't been working for a month due to bedrest and my mother in law is home pretty much 24/7 and her friend is here with her pretty much 24/7 also. he barely gets crated or anything. we have a huge yard for them all to play in. they get plenty of cuddles and kisses. my MIL favors him of the three though thinking he needs the most attention just cause he has the worse behavior of them three. I've told her to stop giving them table food and allowing them to jump on her for it cause now they surround her in the kitchen when she's cooking and they beg at the dinner table. it just makes me afraid about my little princess cause i don't want her to be giving my child cookies all the time or spoiling her rotten. it's just frustrating. my dog's whining makes me so angry.

I know this is going to sound weird. but maybe your MIL has extra yeast.. dogs seem to be super attracted to it.

@wiccanmommy I honestly think he's just super spoiled but I'll ask at his next appointment. they're like kids...It's like they know they can't have their way with mommy so they don't act up but when grandma is home...it's a different story. I just didn't get the licking the chair obsessively...he only does it to where She sits. but maybe he's attracted to her scent?? idk. he licks it as if he was cleaning off food from there but there is no food for him to clean off...just her butt scent I guess...it's super weird.

it wouldn't be a bad idea to see a pet behaviorist.. but a veterinarian can always prescribe anxiety meds.

I've been home with her with my dogs and he only does that with her. he's fine when it's just me and my husband home. my other two dogs don't do that either...I thought it could be separation anxiety but even when she's home...she'll get up off her seat from the dining table to the sink and he'll lick her seat. or outside when she gets of the patio chair to go to the door he'll lick her seat. or the couch to the kitchen he'll lick the couch. it's weird...maybe it's her scent??

but when it's just me and the dogs home...they are super good. they just sit there and chill.

@myjourney2016 hi!!! so my mother in law lives with us and she's with our dogs most the time...but she spoils them. she doesn't discipline them. I have three dogs. one of them however is 1 years old...he's a Beagle lab mix and is the biggest grandma boy ever...he whines as soon as she leaves to go somewhere...even when she uses the bathroom he'll whine outside the bathroom door. here's the weird part...everywhere she sits...he'll lick her seat obsessively whenever she gets up...What is going on!?!??!
