I see so many moms saying they are not pumping enough. It makes me sad because I realize many moms don't understand that you don't need to pump a full bottle! Our milk is supply and demand. We make the amount of milk that our babies require based on how often they feed, and their belly size. Here is a chart that can be helpful in realizing how much you can expect to pump based on your babys age up to one month. People who pump more than this have an oversuplly. It doesn't mean you have a low supply. Yoy also need to remember that if you are actually feeding from the breast and pumping, you will get less milk when you pump because that is just extra milk. Just feed those babies!
