Ok course it's fine. As soon as I got home I pumped because we had latching issues. And as far as not emptying them so you'll make more, I don't believe that's accurate. The more you express the more you'll make. Unless of course you're not trying to breastfeed then that would be correct. In which case hand express just enough to relieve pressure.

I wouldn't totally empty your boobs out, just relieve yourself bc then you'll produce even more milk!
