Heart burn ain't messing around lol Tums don't really do the job for me any more so had to up my game up lol but i took zantac around 4pm and i haven't had a heart burn ever since!😄😆 and let me tell you I've been having heart burn every hour for the last couple of weeks😥😅 & haven't been able to sleep at night cause of it lol ohh and i ate chile with my tacos 2hrs ago & sooo so far so good i haven't gotten any heart burn since I've took it soo hopefully i can sleep tonight lol😉

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Who hasn't taken any classes? My Grama says she's worried about me in labor since I haven't done any... I honestly am just being lazy and haven't signed up for any since I've been working so much. But today's my last work day.
This heart burn is no joke. I can't get any relief, I've taken tums. Drank water and I'm propped up in bed... Any other ideas?
