My nurse told me sometimes they cluster feed where they keep eating and then they will have a point where they are just sleeping

Plain Vaseline helps with the dry chapped lip look. I'm breast feeding as well and mY BabyGirl has the exact same thing. Not sure if it's the breast milk that's makes them chapped @lexirosex3 could be possible.

That's normal. They do cluster feed doing grow spurts. But if she is satisfied( on the days not cluster feeding ) than she is good. Just feed on demand
