It's possible. I'm a 1 but I'm schedule for another c section instead of a VBAC. I was in labor with my oldest daughter for 63 hours before I had a c section delivery. Didn't feel a single contraction and never dilated past a 4, even after they broke my water. I was on petocin the entire time until they told me I'd have to have a c section. Then they switched me to a morphine drip. But it is something to be prepared for.

@harleyquinn420, I've been at a 1 since 29 weeks. so I hope that isn't any indication that I might have a slow labor...

I have a high cervix. I ended up having to have an emergency c section with my oldest daughter cuz I wouldn't dilate past a 4. Just depends on how you progress through your labor. They'll try everything to get you to have a vaginal delivery before they opt for a c section usually
