yes it can...if you're 7 dpo that test should be negative so that's a good sign that it positive..test with a first response soon

@mommytobe88, that's not true, OPKS pic up HGC as well. I have tested this being pregnant I took one and it came back extremely dark like the one in the picture it's normal so don't be telling people something unless you know. If you don't believe me as a doctor, or ask a pregnant friend to take one

I've heard opks pick up hcg as well 😊

I would baby dance anyway just in case you're wrong and you're ovulating now. OPK's are not a good way to detect pregnancy at all. None of us are doctors therefore anything we say needs to be taken with a grain of salt of coarse but in my opinion I think you should act as if you're ovulating anyway and have sex. Better to do it than to risk it.
