So I went to visit my Godmother today which I love so much and has gone through so much!! So long story short, one of her daughters has 4 kids and my Godmother takes care of all of them. Ages are 7, 5, 2 and 2 months old. This b**** had maternity leave recently and she would still take the three older kids for my Godmother to take care of them just because the government is paying for her childcare. Instead of her keeping her kids and giving her mom a break which she so desperately needs!! So now she's back at work but only part time and she still won't pick up her kids until 5 instead of 12:30 when she gets off!!! I swear I just want to slap her ass. She and her husband are both home and won't pick up their kids!!! Oh and she is also taking care of her husband's older son which is like 9 or 10!!

not everyone is meant to be a motherly mother..feel bad for the kids your god mother sounds like an amazing woman

She is an amazing woman!! I told her that it's not ok that her daughter does that and she was like, I know but I love my grandkids and I enjoy them so much!! @nygirl3rdbabymiami

Ppl like that get me so mad! I knew a girl like that. She would go drop her kids at daycare and go home and lay around all day. The only positive to that was it was an actual daycare center so her kids were able to interact with others instead of being with her deadbeat ass all day.

When my son was a baby all I wanted to do was get off work and pick him up and spend the rest of the day with him. Or if my hubby got off before me he would pick him up right away!!! I wish I can snap at her!!! Her mom is older and is sick sometimes and has no other income and is always struggling. Oh and they don't even pay her for taking care of her husband's son. His mom doesn't work but she has him spend the entire summer with them!!! and my Godmother has to watch him!! @michellevaldez4750

Me too, I love that I can be a sahm, and before I quit working I worked part time nights for 2 reasons. 1 it saved $ on day care and 2 I worked while they slept so I still was able to spend time with them. they're lucky to have your godmother though, at least they're growing up loved and cared for. It breaks my heart to know there are kids out there who don't have anyone :'(
