TMI pic in comments. My son is 2 weeks old and yesterday and today has been very crabby, crying lots when he normally doesnt cry. I was thinking maybe colic... But he just had this poop that looks like spit bubbles. All the poop looked bubbly like this but then all the bubbles went away....is this normal? poop pic in comments.

@thatmomlyfe16, my dad thinks he is just gassy but I have never seen that either. it really weirded me out. he is exclusively breast fed so I am thinking it was dinner from the other night because his fussiness started after that and it was the first time I have had it since I have had him. And I had left overs yesterday and today :(

that could be it, but I'd still call the dr and tell him you have a picture bcuz it'll be more helpful for him to actually see

Lucas has a couple of poops like that when he was around 1 month and Then it just never happened again. I would say it's gas and part of the diet that your may be eating something that doesn't agree with him so much. It can make them really red and tender tho so make sure to keep a barrier cream on :)

I would check with his pediatrician just to be sure. But, like @myliltadpole1116 put some cream on his bum. Their poop is very liquidy, so it cab irritate their skin very quickly.
