Baby wont sleep.. only on me or on my husband. what can I do to have her sleep in her crib again. she's 20 days old
I understand that. I started mine on her tummy around 5 weeks and like I said, I monitored her for a few days before ever letting her sleep through the night on her tummy. It's not for everyone though☺️ hope the shirt and heating pad work for you so you guys can get some rest!
@jleightutt, will definitely try the shirt & heating pad idea. I dk about the tummy idea:/ my baby is still too young
On nights where Sofia is super clingy, I take the shirt that I wore for the day and lay it underneath her so she can smell me still. Other moms have posted on here about putting a heating pad in their crib for 15 minutes before they put their baby in there and then taking it out so the bed is warm when you lay them down. Honestly, I started letting my little one sleep on her tummy. I started during naps so I could watch her and make sure she had good head control and now she sleeps fine in her crib on her tummy... As long as there is just a fitted sheet and nothing else in there, she should be okay. I know that's not a popular opinion, but it works for my daughter and she sleeps so much better because she feels secure. Just a few ideas.
How about swaddle with one or both arms out? In a rock n play or swing or something?
