So I'm pretty excited to say I've lost 6lbs this whole pregnancy. My ob has said everything looks great and the baby sounds healthy with a heartbeat of 155. This pregnancy I've really watched what I eat and how much. I'm a big girl and I don't want to gain anything if I don't need too. As long as the baby is healthy and me losing weight doesn't affect him. I walk just about everyday for an hour like I was told to do and it's paying off. 😊😊
