kind of a stupid question but I keep feeling tightening in my stomach. every once in a while it'll stop and the tightness will go into my lower back it last a couple seconds then goes away. is that BH's? contractions? or just baby stretching out and going back? lol super active baby makes it hard for me to tell. I feel dumb.

they could be real contractions. my little man was active during my contractions while in labor. and they were sporadic until they broke my water. all I had was tightness and then like period cramping with lots of back pain. if they come stronger and last longer definitely get checked

sounds like BH. If you have more than 4 in an hr they say to at least call your Dr to let them know though just in case
