I would say severe heartburn! But I also agree with @emilyh - I had it with my gallbladder attacks as well.

I'm sorry that made me lol @rodriguez13 yes, it would. So would heart burn, certain respiratory infections, acid reflux...there are a number of things that cause chest pain.

I get it with my gallbladder attacks.
