My sister called her pediatric nurse friend and she said if it got up to 100.5 to take her in but she is seems fine she is eating been laughing and playing.. She finally just fell asleep

Yeah it was 100.0 when my fiancé took it but when I got home from work and took it was 99.5. I have been checking it seems fine..last time I checked it was 99.0
