unless your dr have you the ok you should wait until your post 6 week appointment...you're still healing.

You're still extremely fertile, so I wouldn't recommend unprotected sex. Even protected, csections take longer to heal than vaginal births, and vaginal births it is recommended to wait six weeks. Csections are eight weeks typically.

Please get the ok from your ob....they need to examine you and determine if you are healed and ok to have sex and exercise.

Nope the reason they want you to wait is for your uterus to get back into place and you're extremely fertile..

I had a c section and was cleared at 5 weeks. In my opinion, just wait until your checkup though.
