Is she having wet diapers? Is she eating? and has he fever broken at all with or without meds? Try taking her a cool bath let her sit in there a while. Keep track of her temps check every 2 hours or everytime you feel her hot.

@guaderrama_babies2, we tried cool baths she get right back warm after 10 mins and she usually drinks 8ozs she barely drinking 4ozs and we been giving her medicine it goes away and comes back

try alternating Tylenol and Motrin. The Tylenol never broke my sons fever but Motrin did. Do you know how much her fever was? If it's not breaking that could indicate a virus. When my sons fever wouldn't break after 2 days I took him to the er and he tested positive for the flu and pneumonia. I'd take her in to be safe especially because it's hot breaking with meds.

@guaderrama_babies2, we haven't been checking her temp but know she feels warm and it break for like and hr or 2 than she get warm and I think I am cause I don't wanna wait and she get worse
