*Rant* sooo, every time i go to spend a day or so with anyone from my side of the family, they always ask if I've gotten my daughter her vaccines, and if i tell them no then they proceed to ask why or when i plan to get her shots, they always tell me that i HAVE to get them, that it's the LAW and that they're mandatory. i feel like my husband and i can't make decisions when it comes to OUR daughter. she's not getting vaccines, and that's all there is to it. 😠😡

In California they either did, or are in the process of not even allowing exemptions for religion or anything else when it comes to vaccinating school aged children. It is a requirement for public school.

Unless you have a health issue preventing them ; it's important, especially for school.

Neither of my kids are vaccinated. Yes in Cali it was passed that there are no longer exemptions but that's the only state so far. You don't need them for school, every state has an exemption form that you can fill out, I just say religious beliefs. You probably know all this already but just in case

my daughter won't be put in public school, i do plan on homeschooling her here. I'm not ok with vaccinations, and no matter what anyone tells me, me nor my husband will be changing our minds. @hart.momma then i guess it will be for a religious reason lol @bianca_rose

What they passed in Cali actually makes even homeschooled children get vax'd, it's infuriating. It's only a matter of time until they pass it everywhere. Let me know if you can't find the exemption stuff, I have the links. It's funny I'm atheist and use the religious exemption lol
