FTM, so forgive me if this is totally stupid, but is it possible to have just 1 contraction? I've had a few BH, but today seriously brought tears to my eyes and i ocjed me to my kneews for about 45 seconds. My stomach got so tight, and the pain just shot from around my back to my stomach. I've been nesting this week, and I know he's getting close..which has been exciting until today. Now I'm starting to get scared! Lol 😰
