Anyone here have a diaper genie? If so, is it worth the investment? Trying to decide on last minute…

yes, I love ours...we have a smaller home so we always change her in her room...she's 17 months and we still use it and her diapers can get very stinky lol. we use the store brand bag refill so that cuts the cost.

I got mine as a gift I went back and forth whether or not it was worth it but so far we love having it. You seriously don't even smell the diapers at all (and my daughter makes some smelly poops lol) but I would say it's nice to have. I haven't tried any of the other diaper pales so idk about those but the genie is great!

Walmart has a starter kit for $20 but idk cuz with my oldest I just used a regular trash can with scented bags but it made her room smell HORRIBLE so I wanted to try a diaper genie just not sure if it's worth the investment @mommarodey

I had the ubbi on my registry but a friend of a friend was selling her diaper genie elite w 3 pkg of bags for $10. hard to pass up! hope it works! Heard Sam's club has a good deal on the diaper genies

Might have to check out SAMs club. I think my mom still has her membership with them

I have a diaper genie and a different brand also. Both were given to me as gifts. I actually prefer the other brand over the diaper genie, but I usually end up using a small trashcan over the both of them.

i think its a waste of money.. all u need to do is wrap a stinky diaper in a grocery bag n dispose.. Did it with all 5 kids.. And never saw the point of a dam diaper genie..
