mine wasn't dilated or thinned as of 38w7d! I'm hoping for a change in that today😊

@shortmommy, no it doesn't. I've been in excruciating pain down there..just means baby is sitting low and there's pressure or he/she is sitting on a nerve.

It really depends on the person, but ideally you want to stay closed until about 37 weeks when baby is full term

@shortmommy, the only time you want to worry that labor is near is if you are leaking water or having contractions! no problem 😊

I think most of us stay closed to qbout 37 weeks. I dialated to 2 at 39 weeks and was induced at 40 plus 3.

I've been 2cm since 30 weeks. I'm 36 weeks, get checked today to see any progress since last week
