8 weeks today. Just got really bad period like cramps (no bleeding) is that normal? 😐

Yes I had the same, it's just your body preparing for the changes that's about to take place x

Yeah totally normal hun. Mine got worse before they got better, it's just your body starting to stretch and prepare. The stretching can be quite painful actually xx

Does feel really painful @emmaelaine literally curled on the sofa with duvet and hot water bottle feeling very sorry for myself :( xx
