My daughter is 9 months and she isn't self feeding yet. Well at her checkup the dr told me if she isn't self feeding in a month they want to send her to a speech therapist. I was crying all day thinking I'm a bad mom. But then I talked to a few friends and family and they told me there's no way she needs to go to a therapist. She's only 9 months. Let her develop on her own. I know babies that don't start self feeding till a year. I just don't understand why Drs always want something wrong with your baby. My baby is beautiful, smart, silly, and very stubborn. Don't tell me she is anything else. ( sry just needed a rant)
