Me and my husband are so excited. My refund check finally came in so now we have money for a down payment for a new car. My husband is too excited to wait until Friday so he wants to sleep for 4 hours then go clean our current car out and go car shopping. He has his eye on a 2016 honda civic but we'll see if I like it after test driving it. I'm open to any car as long as the price is right and it's safe for my little girl.

We have a 2016 Ford Focus SE. I don't have any complaints so far. ☺️ And also, it isn't necessary to put a down payment on a car if you choose to do so. The monthly payments would just be a bit higher. But good luck!!!

We have to put a down payment since we're first time car buyers. Loan places want to see that we're committed before they give us a loan. We've tried to buy a car without a down payment its always the same thing. @breloya
